1. Agreement to these rules
When you use HomeDraft AI, you agree to follow these rules. If you do not agree, you should not use our site. By using the system, you are saying that you have the right to register for yourself or your company.
2. Using the AI content
The text created by our AI is meant to help you write your listings. You are responsible for checking and editing all the content to make sure it is accurate before you post it. We do not guarantee that every piece of content will follow your local rules.
3. Your data and content
You own all the property data and photos you upload. You let us process this data only so we can provide our services to you. We do not sell your property information to other companies.
4. What you cannot do
Do not misuse our site by trying to copy our system or sell our AI engine to others. You must also not use the site to create content that breaks Fair Housing laws. If you do, we will close your account immediately.
